Can you tell me about priority booking?
As a member of the Pets Grooming Club, you have access to priority booking. This means that some booking slots are reserved exclusively for our members, allowing you to schedule services at more convenient times throughout the week. With priority booking.
What kind of seasonal deals you offer?
The seasonal deals we offer are discounts on treatment services or packages during bank holidays such as Christmas, New Years Day, Easter and the spring bank holidays. Summer deals may include discounts on treatments or grooming packages to help your pets stay cool on hot weather days and we may offer promotions younger pets too. It’s fun all year round with Pets Grooming Club!
Can I let somebody else use my Pets Grooming Club benefits?
Well, you can book a service for another member of your household. However, the membership itself cannot be transferred to another account.
Can I have my membership refunded?
This can be done within two weeks of purchase. Based on the discounts you have used, you may receive a partial or full refund.
How do I earn credits?
Upon purchase (or renewal) of the Pets Grooming Club membership you will receive £100 in credits. Also, you can use your unique code (found in your account) to refer a friend. When they book a service using your code, you will earn 10 credits which you can use for your future bookings. The friend you refer will also get 10 credits as a welcome gift.
Are there any other membership plans?
No, we have only an annual membership for now. It’s a single payment of just £30.
