This document constitutes a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between you, the user (“User”), and our company Crew Experience LTD, governing the use of our website and booking services. The Company is committed to providing a convenient and reliable platform for the User to book appointments with our highly skilled and experienced barbers and stylists. This Agreement sets out the User’s rights and responsibilities when using our services, as well as the Company’s policies in relation to booking, payment, and privacy. Booking Policy:

1. Appointment Booking:

Customers can make appointments on our website or in-person at our store. For online bookings, customers can select their preferred service, barber/stylist, and available time slot. Once a booking is confirmed, the customers will receive a confirmation email and SMS message.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

If customers need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, they must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Customers can do this by logging into their account on our website or by contacting us directly. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, customers will be charged a fee of [insert amount] to cover the cost of the appointment.

3. No-Shows:

If a customer fails to pay for services received, we reserve the right to add the outstanding amount to the next appointment or take legal action to recover the debt.

In the event of a failed payment, we may charge a fee to cover the cost of processing the payment and to cover any bank charges we incur. 4. Refunds:

Disclaimer of Liability Policy:

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Company and its stylists/barbers harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from or related to the use of our services.

2. Service Limitations:

The Company and its stylists/barbers make no guarantees, warranties, or representations about the efficacy or outcome of any services provided. While we strive to provide the best possible service, individual results may vary. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, at our sole discretion.

3. Assumption of Risk:

The Customer assumes full responsibility for any risks associated with the use of our services, including but not limited to allergic reactions, injuries, or damages to personal property. The Customer hereby releases the Company and its stylists/barbers from any and all liability arising from or related to the use of our services.

4. Legal Compliance:

The Company and its stylists/barbers comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the provision of our services, including but not limited to health and safety regulations, data protection laws, and consumer protection laws.
