Clients may cancel their bookings up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time without incurring a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of the service booked. In the event that clients fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full amount of the service booked will be charged.
The cancellation fee may be waived in the event that we are able to fill the booking slot with another client. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for cancellations made due to extenuating circumstances at our sole discretion.
We recommend that clients review our cancellation policy before making a booking and contact us in the event of an unexpected situation that may cause cancellation or rescheduling. Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment must be done through our booking platform or by calling our customer service line during business hours.

Refund Policy:
Our goal is to provide a satisfying customer experience to our clients and we understand that sometimes refunds may be necessary. By accepting our terms and conditions, you agree to be bound by our refund policy as detailed below.
1. If a service provider cancels an appointment for any reason, clients will be eligible for a full refund of any payments made.
2. If clients cancel their appointment more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, they will be eligible for a full refund of any payments made.
3. If clients cancel their appointment less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, they will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of the service booked. The remaining amount will be refunded to the client within 7 business days.
4. If clients are not satisfied with the service received, they are entitled to request a refund within 24 hours of the appointment. We will work with clients and the service provider to resolve any issues and if necessary, we will issue a full refund within 7 business days.
